1. John¹ Heald was born Berwick-on-Tweed, England abt. 1615.

He married Dorothy Royle Alderly, Cheshire, England, Dec. 3, 1636. Dorothy was born abt. 1616. Dorothy died Oct. 29, 1694 Dedham, Massachusetts, at 78 years of age. At 20 years of age Dorothy became the mother of John Heald Jr. Alderly, England, March 26, 1637.

At 21 years of age John became the father of John Heald Jr. Alderly, England, March 26, 1637.

John Heald and Dorothy Royle had the following children:

2 i. Timothy² Heald.

3 ii. Gershom Heald.

4 iii. Isaac Heald.

5 iv. Israel Heald.

+ 6 v. John Heald Jr. was born March 26, 1637.
