He married LaDonna Elizabeth Engelbrecht Amarillo, Texas, April 18, 1959. LaDonna was born Hutchinson, Reno County, Kansas March 5, 1941. LaDonna is the daughter of Kenneth Cecil Engelbrecht and Leola Agnes Heiser. At 18 years of age LaDonna became the mother of Frank Eugene Hollingsworth Des Moines, Iowa, Nov. 14, 1959. At 19 years of age LaDonna became the mother of Guy Allyn Hollingsworth Amarillo, Texas, Nov. 18, 1960. At 20 years of age LaDonna became the mother of Mark Stuart Hollingsworth Amarillo, Texas, Nov. 17, 1961.

At 20 years of age Benjamin became the father of Frank Eugene Hollingsworth Des Moines, Iowa, Nov. 14, 1959. At 21 years of age Benjamin became the father of Guy Allyn Hollingsworth Amarillo, Texas, Nov. 18, 1960. At 22 years of age Benjamin became the father of Mark Stuart Hollingsworth Amarillo, Texas, Nov. 17, 1961.

Benjamin Lewis Hollingsworth and LaDonna Elizabeth Engelbrecht had the following children:
