1. James Morgan¹ Fitzgerald was born White Falls, Riceville County, Virginia Dec. 7, 1817. James died Dec. 1, 1865 Riceville County, Virginia, at 47 years of age.

He married Fannie White Graves. Fannie was born Mt. Airey, Virginia June 18, 1833. Fannie died Sept. 16, 1907 Level Run, Pittyslvania County, Virginia, at 74 years of age. At 21 years of age Fannie became the mother of Edmund Boxley Fitzgerald White Falls, Riceville County, Virginia, Aug. 2, 1854.

At 36 years of age James became the father of Edmund Boxley Fitzgerald White Falls, Riceville County, Virginia, Aug. 2, 1854.

James Morgan Fitzgerald and Fannie White Graves had the following child:
