At 22 years of age Irena became the mother of Carlos Rowland Billings Albany, New York, Sept. 8, 1852. At 24 years of age Irena became the mother of Rufus Frank Billings Poultney, Rutland County, Vermont, March 31, 1854.

Carlos became the father of Seth Billings Mendon, Vermont, ca. May 30, 1850. Carlos became the father of Carlos Rowland Billings Albany, New York, Sept. 8, 1852. Carlos became the father of Rufus Frank Billings Poultney, Rutland County, Vermont, March 31, 1854.

Carlos Rollins Billings and Irena Eddy had the following children:

2 i. Seth² Billings was born Mendon, Vermont ca. May 30, 1850. Seth died Aug. 30, 1950 Mendon, Vermont, at 100 years of age. His body was interred aft. Aug. 30, 1950 Mendon, Vermont (Town Line Road), Town Line Cemetery.
