1. Francis¹ Ball was born England 1620. Francis died March 10, 1647/1648 Springfield, Hampden County, Masschusetts, at 27 years of age.

He married Abigail Burt Springfield, Hampden County, Massachusetts, Oct. 3, 1644. Abigail was born Harberton, Devonshire, England abt. 1623. Abigail was the daughter of Henry Burt and Ulalia Marche. Abigail died Nov. 23, 1707 Springfield, Hampden County, Masschusetts, at 84 years of age. At 22 years of age Abigail became the mother of Jonathan Ball Springfield, Hampden County, Massachusetts, Oct. 6, 1645.

At 25 years of age Francis became the father of Jonathan Ball Springfield, Hampden County, Massachusetts, Oct. 6, 1645.

Francis Ball and Abigail Burt had the following child:
