He married Elizabeth Dickerson Sussex County, New Jersey, 1755. Elizabeth was born Roxberry, Morris County, New Jersey abt. 1733. At 9 years of age Elizabeth became the mother of John Case Morris County, New Jersey, July 8, 1742. Elizabeth became the mother of Joshua Case Jr. Morris County, New Jersey, abt. 1744. Elizabeth became the mother of Caleb Case Morris County, New Jersey, abt.1749. At 21 years of age Elizabeth became the mother of Sarah Elizabeth Case Hamburg, Sussex County, New Jersey, Jan. 26, 1755. Elizabeth became the mother of Samuel Case Long Island, New York, abt. 1757. Elizabeth became the mother of Rhoda Case Long Island, New York, abt. 1759. At 26 years of age Elizabeth became the mother of Augustus Case Long Island, New York, July 17, 1759. At 28 years of age Elizabeth became the mother of Phineas Case Goshen, Orange County, New York, 1761. At 32 years of age Elizabeth became the mother of Susan M. Case Sussex County, New Jersey, Feb. 3, 1766. At 44 years of age Elizabeth became the mother of Joseph Case Morris County, New Jersey, 1777.

At 20 years of age Joshua became the father of John Case Morris County, New Jersey, July 8, 1742. Joshua became the father of Joshua Case Jr. Morris County, New Jersey, abt. 1744. Joshua became the father of Caleb Case Morris County, New Jersey, abt.1749. At 32 years of age Joshua became the father of Sarah Elizabeth Case Hamburg, Sussex County, New Jersey, Jan. 26, 1755. Joshua became the father of Samuel Case Long Island, New York, abt. 1757. Joshua became the father of Rhoda Case Long Island, New York, abt. 1759. At 37 years of age Joshua became the father of Augustus Case Long Island, New York, July 17, 1759. At 39 years of age Joshua became the father of Phineas Case Goshen, Orange County, New York, 1761. At 43 years of age Joshua became the father of Susan M. Case Sussex County, New Jersey, Feb. 3, 1766. At 55 years of age Joshua became the father of Joseph Case Morris County, New Jersey, 1777.

Joshua Case and Elizabeth Dickerson had the following children:

5 iv. Sarah Elizabeth Case was born Hamburg, Sussex County, New Jersey Jan. 26, 1755. Sarah died Nov. 23, 1821 Sussex County, New Jersey, at 66 years of age. She married Daniel Predmore Jr. Frankford, Sussex County, New Jersey, Jan. 22, 1778. Daniel was born Succasunna, Morris County, New Jersey Jan. 21, 1760. Daniel was the son of Hon. Daniel Predmore and Eleanor Dever. Daniel died July 21, 1815 Lafayette, Sussex County, New Jersey, at 55 years of age. At 23 years of age Daniel became the father of Joshua Predmore Hamburg, Sussex County, New Jersey, Jan. 16, 1784. (See Daniel Predmore Jr. for the continuation of this line.)

At 28 years of age Sarah became the mother of Joshua Predmore Hamburg, Sussex County, New Jersey, Jan. 16, 1784.

6 v. Samuel Case was born Long Island, New York abt. 1757.

7 vi. Rhoda Case was born Long Island, New York abt. 1759.

8 vii. Augustus Case was born Long Island, New York July 17, 1759.

9 viii. Phineas Case was born Goshen, Orange County, New York 1761.

10 ix. Susan M. Case was born Sussex County, New Jersey Feb. 3, 1766.

11 x. Joseph Case was born Morris County, New Jersey 1777.
