1. James E.¹ Babcock was born July 23, 1902. James died Nov. 28, 1995 Portland, Multnomah County, Oregon, at 93 years of age.

He married Mary Irene Springsteel. Mary was born Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado Oct. 22, 1906. Mary⁽¹⁸⁾ was the daughter of Walter Springsteel and Emma Catherine Truitt. Mary died Dec. 15, 1997 Casper, Wyoming, at 91 years of age. At 18 years of age Mary became the mother of Wyomomia Gerldine Babcock 1925. At 20 years of age Mary became the mother of Glen E. Babcock Dec. 16, 1926. At 25 years of age Mary became the mother of John Dorsey Dietz 1932. At 28 years of age Mary became the mother of John Fred Carl Dietz Jr. 1935.

At 22 years of age James became the father of Wyomomia Gerldine Babcock 1925. At 24 years of age James became the father of Glen E. Babcock Dec. 16, 1926.

James E. Babcock and Mary Irene Springsteel had the following children:

2 i. Wyomomia Gerldine² Babcock was born 1925. She married twice. She married Charles Jones. She married Earl Mills Calvert. Earl became the father of Karen Irene Calvert 1947. Earl became the father of John Lloyd Calvert Oct. 6, 1950. (See Earl Mills Calvert for the continuation of this line.)

At 22 years of age Wyomomia became the mother of Karen Irene Calvert 1947. At 25 years of age Wyomomia became the mother of John Lloyd Calvert Oct. 6, 1950.
