To anyone who is new to team sorting, this is an event that can be as competitive as you make it. It is a great way for beginners and their horses to become accustomed to working cattle. For the more experienced rider, it can be very competive when you are trying to win a buckle or a headstall!

Cattle ready! Timers ready! FIVE! FIVE! FIVE!

We have beginner, intermediate, and advanced divisions, plus a youth division for the kids. Once you win a buckle in one division, you move up to the next. If you win twice in either advanced or youth in one year, you can win a silver headstall. Not too shabby! We are always glad to meet new people and make new friends, so come and join us on Sunday mornings at ten a.m. during the winter and Friday nights at 7 p.m. during the summer. Sign-ups begin a half hour before ride time.
