"Lynne and Meredith came the Tuesday evening before to get in an extra visit with us, then Wed., Aug. 2, 1995, Dan and I each drove a vehicle to pick everyone up at the airport and drove on up to Sun Valley. We all stayed in the condominiums there, and had dinner the first night on the deck (menu: 5 spice chicken, pasta salad, and apple cream cheese pie basically). Judy brought up a yummy egg, mushroom, sausage casserole that we had for breakfast and then everybody pitched in and made roast turkey sandwiches to take to Redfish Lake (over Galena Summit). After a stroll around the lake and swapping stories on the beach, we went to Idaho Rocky Mountain Ranch for a barbecue dinner.

Friday, after breakfast at the condo, we all explored greater downtown Ketchum! and had lunch at the Buffalo cafe; nice touch for a CU reunion. Everyone relaxed in the afternoon and then Betty and Al cooked hamburgers on the deck John and Dan and Al swapped fish stories while we gals swapped other kinds of stories.

Saturday after breakfast at the condo we took a little driving tour of Sun Valley, Elkhorn, the Hemingway memorial, etc. Lunched at the condo, then some went shopping and some went to see the art galleries. Dinner was at Louie's, Dan's and my favorite Italian restaurant (tho it doesn't begin to compare with Nick and Louise's home-cooked Italian dinners) followed by an evening at the Sun Valley Rink to see Kristy Yamaguchi, Gary Beakom , and local children skate.

Sunday was departure day and a sad hasta la vista to everyone but hopefully everyone has some positively wonderful memories of our time together, just as we all have had after everyone of our friendship renewing reunions! "
