Treeport is an aviation community located in Northern Idaho with it’s own private airstrip, for the personal use of home owners and their guests.

All of our properties are situated near rivers and fresh water lakes. Some of the airstrip properties are ten acres, with some being only five acres. The outlining properties are also five acres. Treeport is located in both Kootenai and Bonner Counties. The airport is in Bonner County.

We are located 22 miles north of the city of Coeur d'Alene and 40 miles northeast of Spokane, Washington.

This area boasts of many services, including top-rated restaurants; complete shopping malls; fine schools; and many other facilities usually found only in larger cities. Our area also features some of the best ski and recreation spots in the northwestern United States. Along with big game hunting and great fishing make this a paradise for the sportsperson. Timber mining and tourism are our major industries.
