COUNTY ANTRIM

Ballymoney
Site of birthplace of Robert Hanna (1845-1930), founder of Hanna's Shoe Shop is on the property of Mr Norman Hanna, 153 Vow Road, Ballymoney. Robert Hanna emigrated in 1866. He resided at Antrim House, Bowlcott Street, Wellington, now the Headquarters of the NZ Historic Places Trust.

Hillsborough
Graves of WW2 New Zealand Airmen, Flying Officers W I Holmes and A J Galvin and Flight Sergeant A G Gibbison are at the Eglantine Parish Church.


COUNTY LONDONDERRY

Limavady
Memorial plaque commemorating William Ferguson Massey, NZ PM 1912-1925 is in Irish Green Street. Massey was born on a farm in this area in 1856. A bronze statue of Massey by Philip Flannagan is displayed outside Limavady Borough Council Offices and Library on Connell Street. He is further remembered by Massey Avenue, Limavady and Massey Avenue, Belfast BT4.


COUNTY TYRONE

Ballygawley

Former home of George Vesey Stewart (1832-1920), Martray Manor. Stewart organised the Katikati settlement. An Ulster History Circle Blue Plaque on the side of the house commemorates him. Within the house is a gift shop and tea room.

Dungannon

The Royal School, Northland Row, stands partly on the grounds of the Ranfurly Estate. The 5th Earl of Ranfurly was Governor General of NZ 1894-1905.
