I want to start out by telling you about what happened to me last year!

Around March of 2000 we bought an ajustable bed because my husband had back surgery and so far it has been the best thing we have done.

Around the same time when we came home from a friends house got ready for bed and felt a lump in my right breast!The next day I made an appointment with my Doctor and he did a needle biopsy. Waiting was a terrible experience. Then I went to have a mamogram because the year before I didn't go for a mamogram.Well they found out I had Cancer not only in my right breast but the left one also!

I Was shocked to say the least,I thought maybe a cyst but not Cancer.We thought just maybe we could save my breast,because after having them for 62 years you kind of get attached to them.We went for a lumpectomy,but half way through the lumpectomy the Dr. went out and told my husband there was'nt any use going any further because I had too many leisions and I would be back next year,so I went ahead and had a double mastectomy.

I am glad I did because I feel better and am doing "GREAT" after eight months.

I must tell you it was a miricle for me because two weeks after the lumpectomy I went in for the double mastectomy. On Memorial Day I recieved a blessing and a day after my double mastectomy I went home .
