Establishment of facility classification procedures, develop facility policy, maintain high compliance to ACA Stantards.

Research and response to inmate grievances related to all classification issues for the facility. Involves research into case law effecting inmate sentence structure, inmate rights, etc.

Utilization of skills in project management, public relations, and leadership to establish and maintain an excellent classification program and assist others in developing skills in this area.

Managment of the facility's Quality Control Program.
