Robert James Pipkin was born on June 8, 1938 in Los Angeles, California and died on March 20, 1982 Las Vegas, Nevada. He worked as an electrician. He married Loretta Ellen (Heavner)Wells on September 20, 1968 in El Paso, El Paso County, Texas. They got a divorce and he moved to Las Vegas. He died of cancer. They had one child: Melissa May Pipkin.

Melissa May Pipkin she was born on September 25, 1969 in El Paso, El Paso County, Texas. She graduated from Southern Utah University on June 5, 1993. She married Alex Munoz on September 29, 1996 in Maui, Hawaii. He was born on March 3, 1966. They got there first foster child named Tyrone Douglas Webb. He was born on June 5, 1984.
