HISTORY: Philemon Terrell was born about 1750 in North Carolina. At the time of the Revolution, he and brother, Richmond, were residing in Bladen Co.,NC. They both served in the Revolution. In 1786, the two were cut into Robeson Co. and are found in the 1790 census there. In the latter half of the 1790's, the 2 brothers moved to Liberty Co., GA where Philemon died in 1816. He and his wife, Elizabeth, had 10 children. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
