Hello and welcome to our first Newsletter of the year 2003!! We're sure starting the year off with a lot to say aren't we? We've broken a post record at the Group in the first month of the year already, over 3700 posts!! That's the highest number of posts in one month EVER! We don't waste any time, do we!! lol It's just a reminder of just how blessed we all are to have such a wonderful bunch to share our days with!! No matter if they are happy, sad, funny, trying, frustrating, maddening, you name it ! Oh yeah, I forgot to add give a rough time, tease, bug, pick on! LOL BRATS I tell ya, you know who you are!! |

The 2nd Annual Christmas Ornament Exchange was a success!! Everyone received such lovely ornaments and had fun sending and receiving their parcels. It was so neat to keep it all a secret until they arrived in the mail. It was so nice to have an even higher number of participants this time, and hopefully next year it will even be higher!! We had participants from five different countries which made it even more exciting! Thanks to everyone who participated and made the exchange so fun! |

I have a NEW CONTEST for all you Smarties!! The winner of this one will receive, what else, but 20 boxes of those yummy Canadian Smarties!! Are you up for this sweet challenge? Here's the sweet deal, I'm going to pick a photograph of a well known place, monument, or landmark located somewhere in the world. Then I'm going to chop the picture in pieces and every day give you another piece to the puzzle. The first one to guess the 'exact' place, monument, or landmark in the picture/puzzle will be our winner. The Smarties challenge will start on Monday February 10th. |
