Toronto 2005

My friend Darlene and I took a vacation in June to get away from our kids and husbands for a girls weekend away.  We stayed with my brother, Peter and his girlfriend Sara.  We had a great time.  Here are some photos from our trip.

Did you know that the CN Tower is really BIG???  Here's a shot at the bottom of it.  I don't recommend looking up this way until AFTER you've gone up...you get a little bit of vertigo.

So, there is this glass floor on the Observation level at the CN Tower that you can walk on and look down through.  This was the closest I was getting to it.  My brother went right on it, and I was debating it but there were these tourists laying down on it having there pictures taken and I was getting a bit of vertigo looking down so I didn't go on it, well, my toes did.  Now, Darlene didn't go near it!  Hey, we got her up there!

I was lucky to meet my internet buddy, Leya while in Toronto.  Leya, Darlene and I went for lunch at the Hard Rock Cafe and did some shopping in the insane heat!

Maple Leaf Gardens, and rumor has it soon to be a grocery store...

Peter and Sara are taking Jack to   puppy classes.

Here is Peter with their trainer Eric.  Jack is such a good puppy and really  loves his classes.
