Jonathan Graham van Es was born on 6th December 1999 weighing 3.4 kg (7lbs 7oz). All of us are doing well, and here's what we look like.
Why Esham?
When Opa built a home for his family in Britain, he named it 'Esham' - 'ham' is similar to the Dutch for "home".
So when I came to create a homepage for our family, I thought I'd reuse the name - hence esham.org.uk
