All kitties who have managed to scratch out a web page (big or small) deserve awards and purraise, support and accolades! Even the smallest page is an accomplishment worth an encouraging mew. We here say MEW to all of you out there! Good work!
What isn't needed is the cat-napping of the work done by others and then passing it off as your own. Hiss! Taking someone elses hard work is easy enough to do over the web, but it is not a point of praise to the thief nor a compliment to the originator (that one thought enough of the work to take it in the first place).
Always ask permission. It's just good neticat behavior.
We, THE MANAGEMENT of [Pw] Pussywillow's Pussyfoot Bar & Grill, discourage the theft of artworks, written or graphical and (though it can often be extremely difficult to prove) original concepts/ideas.
Original materials should be credited as such to the best of one's ablities and have the approval of the originator whenever possible.
It becomes a really good experience for both parties when simple courtesies are followed.

Sites may apply for this ANNUAL award by submitting thier URLs to our committee (which is chaired by three independent sites; two are cat sites and one is not) by filling out our submission form found by routing through our SPECIAL REQUESTS page or you can go directly to application form by CLICKING HERE.

APPLICATION SUBMISSION FOR THE AWARD IS MANDATORY.
Once you have applied your site will be visited by the a Nomination Committee purrson who will verify that the site contains no disqualifiable materials.
After that, your site will be notified that it's an official nominee and you will receive a Nomination Sticker and instructions for its placement.
Submissions MUST be received NO LATER THAN JUNE 15, 1999 to qualify for the 1999 AWARD which will BE PRESENTED on December 30, 1999.

We will also be actively surfing sites on our own.
Sites we feel have merit will be contacted to see if they wish to be nominated for the award or not.
Recommendations from other sites about other sites will automatically receive a visit from our committee members and the recommending site will also receive credit, and an invitation to submit their site for consideration and a visit.

DISQUALIFIED FROM CONSIDERATION
Members and their affiliated site(s) who sit on the reviewing committee for this award.
Any site that contains pornography or links to a pornograghic site(s).
Sites that promote or condone child abuse or animal abuse.
Sites that have not been established for a minimum of four (4) months.

Always remember good Sportcatship is a very important factor!
