Basic Rules |
Guild rules are seperated into two categories: Major, and Basic. Major rules are to be followed at all times. Basic rules may at times have to be broken. |
Major Rules. |
1. Do not disobey
the orders of the Guildmaster. He will do his best to not put you in a
situation where your orders will go agaisnt your ethics. But if you have
not made the Guildmaster aware of a reservation on your part he cant play
around it. 2. Do not act in a way that will weaken the guild. If you are not sure if an action will weaken the guild ask the Guildmaster. 3. While roleplaying is not required within the guild, insulting those who do play is strictly prohibited. 4. If you find yourself in a situation in which you must choose between expresing your true feelings, or suporting a guild member, suport the guild member. 5. NEVER Curse out loud around the Guildmaster or officers. Any insulting words or phrases are strictly prohibited in ALL situations. A officer may fine you for the most minor of cuss words. Damn is allowed as long as its not "damn someones name". The fine penalty is 5k. Basic Rules. 1. Obey the orders of senior officers and the Guildmaster. An order given by a higher ranking officer supercedes any order given by a lower ranking officer. 2. Do not kill other guild members. Fights between guild members weaken the guild. Killing a rogue member is accepted on the Guildmasters order. 3. Deal honestly and kindely with people at all times. 4. Do what you can to help the guild become more powerful. Dontations are always welcome and go right to the guild's funds. 5. Wear your uniform at all times! In regard to guild mates of equal rank 1. Cooperate with those of equal rank. As an officer try not to issue conflicting orders. 2. Remember that these people are of EQUAL rank. Who gained their rank first is not important. Do not be bossy with others of your rank. In regard to those below you. 1. You are a leader to these people. Be worthy of that name. Keep your orders to those that will help the guild. You may not use orders to increase your own personal wealth and power. In regard to those not of the guild. 1. Do not be aloof or "untouchable" with non-guild members. Treat them with the same courtesy as you would a member of equal rank. 2. If the person in question is a former member who left the guild in "questionable" circumstances (meaning we no longer trust them), treat them with the respect as you would a viper; do not anger them even if you do not like them. We wish to avoid conflicts with non-guild members, even if they have harmed us in the past. |
