Membership
Membership is defined by the payment of the annual membership fee. If a member was to violate the state of Constitution (refered to the preamble of the constitution), he/she may be expelled by the Board, with possible appeal to the regular annual meeting.

Family Member: $30.00
Includes all immediate familiy (Mother, father, daughters and sons)

Individual Member: $15.00
Includes only an individual

Individual Student Member: $7.00
Must be enrolled in a course study (proof to be provided if requested)

Print out the Membership Form , complete data and mail with check to BrazIndy.
