I signed up on 03/05/98 09:56:53, and while I have "moved" in, this page is, and will be for some time to come, a "work in process".

There are two driving forces in my life:

Religion: That is to say, sharing the Good News that we are saved from Despair, Degradation, Sin, and all that would keep us from the blessing of God, through God's Grace.

Gay Rights: Not "special rights", but simple Human rights: The right to have a dwelling, the right to worship and serve God, the right to earn a living, the right to an education, the right to love a life partner of our choice.......

I orginally had (and still do have) a page in Geocities'WestHolywood neighborhood. And to be honest, I was blissfully happy to have my Web Home there, especially as I had become a Community Leader there, and my page there is a "Featured Page".

Then one day, I received a piece of e-mail claiming that one Geocities neighborhood was organizing a boycott of WestHollywood, and seeking to have WestHollywood banners that show on the GeoGuide restricted so that they would only show in WestHollywood.

I never got the full truth behind this, but last I heard, Geocities was planning to give all Geocities homesteaders the option of "barring" other neighborhood on their banners.

What really, really bothered me about all that I have heard on this subject was this:

That so many people believe the dangerous myths and misconceptions about Gay and Lesbian people....and, assuming that most people are open minded, if they never got a chance to see some of the fine sites in WestHollywood, they might never learn anything different!

So after some prayer, I thought: "Hey! Who says I can't have another "Site"? A Site to show how I (and others) can be Gay, and Christian? A Site to show that LesBiGay people also have, not only family values, but families as well?"

So here is this new Web Home (or should I say additional Web home?) for for me.

I do not intend for it to be a duplicate of my WestHollywood Site (though it will contain some similar links)! I plan to share with you my Faith, my Faith Journey, links for those who love Jesus, links for those who are seeking...

In other words, this site will constantly be under construction! I hope you'll bookmark it, and visit me often!

It doesn't matter whether I type it, or think it, or speak it, claiming Jesus as My Lord fills me with JOY!!!

And two other joys in my life are mediatating on the Life and Passion of my Lord, and on trying to "rightly divide" the scriptures.
