This page is very lovingly
dedicated to my wonderful husband, Kevin, who taught me what real
happiness is. My husband was adopted as a small child, and a
couple of months ago we discovered that he is really a
"Turnbeaugh". So after 40 years of wondering about his
real father, at least we know that half of his history, his
father is his real father, but we only found out about that by
sheer accident. Kevin has chosen not to confront his father about
our findings, but Kevin's mom, I am still looking for you. You
have a wonderful, loving son, that very much would love to meet
you, don't wait until it's too late. My husband's family consists
of the Turnbeaugh/ Turnbaugh/ Turnbough/ Turnbo/ Turnbow/among
others in the Pike County, Illlinois area. I have come up with a
file of over 8700 Turnbeaugh's and relatives. I am very limited
in my homepage skills, so the majority of the information of the
information if being stored for me at the Family Tree Maker

- When I first began this search, I did not realize that
I would become so entranced with the idea of geneology
and meeting all of these cousins that we never new
existed. It has been a wonderful experience for Kevin and
I both, and this was the first Christmas that we received
Christmas cards from his "real" relatives. We
have a family of our own now, but Kevin really never knew
were he fit into his own birth family, so I am trying to
fill in the pieces for him one by one. If anyone has any
information that would give us a lead to where we could
find his mother or sister, please contact me and let me
know.
