George EDGINGTON was born about 1694 in Wales and died about 1791 in Holiday Cove, West Virginia. He married on 30 Jul 1743 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Margaret BROOME, b._?_; d._?_. She was the daughter of Thomas BROOME. George and Margaret had 9 children: Isaac EDGINGTON, Thomas EDGINGTON, Joseph EDGINGTON, George EDGINGTON, John EDGINGTON, Jesse EDGINGTON, Jemima EDGINGTON, Elizabeth EDGINGTON, and Hannah EDGINGTON.
Isaac EDGINGTON was born about 1752 in Hampshire Co., Virginia, and died about 1836 in Bentonville, Adams Co., Ohio. He was married in 1777 in Hampshire Co., Virginia to Elizabeth (__?__). They had 7 children: Abraham EDGINGTON(my 4th great-grandfather), Ruhanna EDGINGTON, Isaac EDGINGTON,Jr., Jacob EDGINGTON, Rachel EDGINGTON, Azariah EDGINGTON, and John EDGINGTON.
Abraham EDGINGTON was born 01 May 1780 in Ohio Co., Ohio and died 02 Aug 1848 in Eagle twp., Brown Co., Ohio. He married on 18 Mar 1802 in Adams Co., Ohio to Jane KINCAID. She was born 22 Mar 1783 in Pennsylvania and died 15 Aug 1855 in Livingston Co., Illinois. They had 10 children: Elizabeth EDGINGTON, Peniniah EDGINGTON, Moore EDGINGTON, Myric Davis EDGINGTON, Ruah Ann (Ruhannah) EDGINGTON, Mary Ann EDGINGTON, Azariah EDGINGTON, Margaret (Mary) Jane EDGINGTON, Elizabeth Ellen EDGINGTON, and Abraham Newton EDGINGTON.
Moore EDGINGTON was born 25 Sep 1807 in Spriggs Twp., Adams Co., Ohio and died 31 Dec 1883 in Harveyville, Kansas. He married on 15 Apr 1830 to Celina(Selina)BRECKENRIDGE. She was born on 28 Dec 1810 in Ohio. They had 2 children: Mary Jane EDGINGTON, and Alvin Doak EDGINGTON.
Mary Jane EDGINGTON was born in March 1829 in Ohio and died in June 1903 in Denver, Arapahoe Co., Colorado. She married on 18 July 1854 in Pontiac, Livingston Co., Illinois to Robert F. FOSTER. He was born in Cayuga Twp., Tioga Co., New York, and he died 25 April 1904 in Denver, Arapahoe Co., Colorado. They had 6 children: Collumbia FOSTER, Myrie FOSTER, Margaret FOSTER, Eyler Moore FOSTER, Salina FOSTER, and Louisa FOSTER.
Eyler "Moore" FOSTER was born October 1854 in Decatur, Macon Co., Illinois and died on the 2nd day of March 1948, in Pontiac, Livingston County, Illinois, (year of death according to his grave stone). On the 24th of September 1884 in Livingston County, Illinois, Moore FOSTER married Elizabeth "Lizzie" MILKE, (according to the Illinois Statewide Marriage Index, 1763-1900; License #2052). Lizzie was born in November 1866 in Pontiac, Livingston Co., Illinois and died on the 15th day of January 1925, (year of death according to her grave stone). She and Moore FOSTER are buried in the South Side Cemetery in Pontiac, Livingston County, Illinois. Moore and Lizzie had 4 children: Hattie M. FOSTER, Ella FOSTER, Robert F. FOSTER, and Irene FOSTER.
Irene Foster was born on the 1st of January 1895 in Davenport, Scott Co., Iowa and died on the 14th day of November 1984 in San Antonio, Bexar Co., Texas. She is buried in St. Marys Catholic Cemetery (no stone) next to her husband. She was married on the 12th of June 1918 to William (Will) Cornelius Collins. He was born on the 4th of July in 1888 in Frankfort, Franklin Co., Kentucky and he died on the 24th day of May 1960 in San Antonio, Bexar Co., Texas. He is buried in St. Marys Catholic Cemetery in San Antonio, Bexar Co., Texas. Will and Irene have 2 children.
