Cecil Jackson Williams was born April 17, 1917 near Westmoore Community in Moore County, NC. His father was George Walter Williams, his mother was Annie Garner Williams. His siblings were: Carson, Marvin, Albert, Mildred, Huldah, Lillie, Maggie & Ruth .
Cecil attended Biscoe School.
On October 8, 1937 he was married to Clara Martin of Biscoe. On September 25, 1940 their first son, Jack, was born. Their first daughter, Faye, was born September 8, 1938. Their youngest son, Larry Jackson, was born February 3, 1944. Their youngest daughter, Carol Diane, was born December 5, 1946.
Cecil retired from Springs Industries in 1974. He was also a self-employed farmer.
They had ten grandchildren: Brent, Ginger, Mike, Steve, Cindy, Amy, Ben, Brad, Andy & Stephanie.
Cecil passed away on February 3, 1991. Burial was in Macedonia Presbyterian Church Cemetery near Candor, NC.

Henry was born March 2, 1925. Mary Ruth, the youngest daughter, was born September 29, 1927. The youngest son, James Ervin, was born March 5, 1935.
Ruth was a homemaker.
She had eight grandchildren, Mackie (), Ann(1951), Mark(), Christie(), Mike(),Sammy(1957), Lavonne(1957) and Hugh(1960).
Ruth passed away on May 9, 1969. Burial was in Biscoe Cemetery.
