Simply bring at least one can of food per person in the family to the meeting.  More "of course" if you want. This is then donated to the parish food pantry.  We are doing this all year.  (Not, just during the Holidays.)  Each fraternity meeting should bring in enough can goods to feed a family of four for about a week.

This is estimating the canned goods portion of the meals.
