Everything you need to build a website on the internet is free, or at a very low cost. This is my list of essentials I have used to put together the pages that I have made and you have viewed. If you use these, with a little time, you can carve out a piece of real estate on the internet with you name on it. Enjoy and good luck!

Domain Names

MyDomain.com is a site I use to register the domain names I have chosen for my websites. I have used them fore several years now without complaint.

Website Hosting

Yahoo! Geocities. I have used Geocities since about 1998, long before they belonged to Yahoo!. I find it easy to use, and if you do not mind the advertising, your page can be posted for free.

Yahoo! Color Cube I found this years ago before yahoo! claimed it. It is a great help for picking colors and their codes for your site.
Image Resizer This is a handy little site to resize images you want to post to your website.

Button Generator.com, a great place for buttons.

Here is my template I use for my pages.
