"Frames" is a choice for you to decide in which view you'd like to use to display the pages. The advantage to using the Frames view is that you see the pages in several different windows (or Frames). In some cases, each frame has it's own scroll bar and can scroll independently. "No Frames" will display each page on one window. **Note: It's possible that your internet browser does not work well in Frames, so give it a try and see if there are any problems. Otherwise, you can always rely on No Frames. |
