We own a comfortable, two bedroom, two bath Tennis Club Villa in the East Beach, located on a peaceful lagoon which you can enjoy from the screened porch.The kitchen is fully equipped with an above range microwave,coffee maker,refrigerator/freezer, disposal, toaster, etc. and all the cooking utensils you will need. There is a laundry area with washer and dryer, a dining room comfortably seating 6. You can enjoy cable TV, watch your favorite movies on the VCR or just relax listening to the stereo or CD player. The screened porch is accessible from the kitchen, living room and the master bedroom. The condo has central air conditioning, and there are also plantation ceiling fans in the living room and on the porch. Make plans now to enjoy your vacation in an environment of casual good taste. Rates: In Season (June/July/August)          $850/Week Off Season (Nov./DEC/Jan/Feb.)      $550/Week  $100/Night Swing Season (Mar-May/Sept/Oct)  $695/Week  $125/Night Weekly rates include complete clean-up. Stays of less than three nights will have additional clean-up fee. 11% South Carolina accommodations tax will be added to rates.
