NAM XIEU, Ly Premo's niece, coordinated construction of the Whitehouse East facility with the contractor, ACD Limited,(Mar-Jul 1998) and she manages its day-to-day operations. Recently, the Washington DC Whitehouse Chief of Staff resigned and this was Minh TOM's comment: Thank goodness this resignation was at the Whitehouse in Washington DC and not at the Whitehouse East in Vietnam.
