Hi, everyone! Soose here! My creator has asked me to tell you, our readers, a little about myself, and reluctantly, herself. I hafta do EVERYTHING!
First off, I'm from Sooseland, a place which I discovered when I was born. Sooseland is located in the state of Mind, and has many interesting sights to see--depending upon your point-of-view. Of course, if you have no point-of-view, then obviously, there are no sights to see in Sooseland!
Everyone in Sooseland is a "soose", regardless of who they really are. A soose is a soose is a soose, as they say (and you thought that it was only for roses!).
Sooses cannot tell time, therefore, sooses are timeless; sooses do not reveal their ages, therefore, they are ageless. Sooses are not worthless; they are priceless. And sooses are easily pleased, except when they are not.
Sooses drive and ride in, what else--a soose-mobile (the only way to travel!). But, sooses get lost very easily. Just check out some of the guestbooks that I've signed--where ever they are. You'll see!
Sooseland is a wonderful place. But, like other places, Sooseland has rules that no one follows, EXCEPT for one basic rule. And that is, the word "soose" has to be used in many different grammarical forms of English, such as: a noun ("Look! There's a soose!"), and a verb ("I'm just soosing around!"), etc. This is a VERY important rule, as we sooses need to know what other sooses are doing, and how they are doing it!
Well, enough about ME. Now, for HER, my creator! Below, in teeny-tiny print is a little synopsis on my creator. She is a rather modest person, and does not wish to draw too much attention to herself. She lets ME do it! So, if you want to find out a little bit about her, get out your magnifying glass and read on.
"Soose" is the alter-ego of Sue Andrews. Sue lives in Central California, and is a former WEBTV subscriber. She has been interested in creative writing since the 3rd grade (almost forty years ago).She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Liberal Studies from CSUDH (California State University Dominguez Hills) and is a licensed pharmacy technician. She has been with her present employer for over 26 years!Sue has four "pups" (Leah, Ike, Bear, and Maggie), and three cats (Tom, Jerry, and Mable). She is a "videophile", meaning that she LOVES old movies (pre-1970), including the silent ones, and is an avid collector of videos (movies) and just plain junk.Many of the escapades of "Soose" have actually happened in real-life to Sue!
