First off, let me tell you a little about us. My name is Anthony Lyle. I  was born in Edinburgh Scotland  to an American father and a  Scots-Irish mother. Lisa, my wife, was born here in Seattle to a  large Italian family. We have three sons, David who is eight, Iaian who  is three, Liam who is one, and our daughter Fiona who was born July 21 1998.  A lot of our social activities  center around the Scottish community. I am an aspiring  piper and David competes in Scottish Highland Dancing.

I spent 14 years in the US Navy as a nuclear missile technician. I  served aboard the USS Thomas A. Edison (SSBN 610B), the USS  Henry M. Jackson (SSBN 730G), and the USS Hunley (AS-31) in  Holy Loch Scotland.  I also did a tour at Strategic Weapons Facility  Pacific, Naval Submarine Base Bangor Wa.

Lisa is probably the busiest one of us all. She keeps the rest of us on track and together. Her interests include collecting  tea pots and cups, and enjoys having High Teas. When I'm not working as a City police officer, I enjoy woodworking and  annoying my neighbors with  the bagpipes.

David is our eldest son. He has an interest in Scottish Highland Dancing and is a student of Marion Webb.  He competes  in several competitions each year. He also loves to play soccer.

Iaian is our middle child. His primary interest is in keeping his mother very busy.  Actually he gives us more joy than  anything else. He has also shown an interest in playing the bagpipes.

 Liam is our youngest son. Liam was born June 26, 1997 at Evergreen hospital. Not much to tell about him  yet although his nickname is "little monster".
