Hello, welcome to Rhapsody Acres. Rhapsody Acres is the home of the Baxter family, our dogs and our horses. We are located in Northwest Florida. Here is some info about John and Tina, and some old photos of Logan and Joshua.
We had hoped to share this home with Mai Tsong's Eko, our Shih-Tzu (b-day April 5, 1993). She was small, but she was feisty and made up in spirit what she lacked in size. Sadly, we lost her in August 2007; she was 14. We now have two dogs, both rescues: a 2001 Golden Retriever (Max) and a 2007 (?) JRT mix (Leia). We also have 2 Arabian horses, plus wonderful memories of Tina's first Arabian gelding, whome we lost in June 2001 to COPD. It was a heartwrenching loss of a wonderful horse, Lappes Al Zipp, Tina's 1982 Arabian gelding, whom she'd had for 15 years. Now, there's RA Revere (shown at 3-1/2 months), our 1996 Arabian gelding (also, see him at 3 years old and under saddle for the first time) and Tina's new "baby," Anastazi RV, a 2001 Arabian colt (AB Razzmatazz x Anij by Muscat) bred by Rendez Vu Farm in Williston, Florida.

We invite you to keep checking back with us to see any progress we've made on our home page. We're still pretty new at this and very busy besides so we don't have much time to spend learning and updating -- please bear with us! We do have a lot of updating to do as our boys are now 11 and almost 10!
