JIM & AMY'S PLACE
	ALTA - 2/7/00 & 2/10/00
		Alta has always been and remains our favorite area in Salt Lake. We skied there all day on Monday and were a little surprised at the number of people skiing on a Monday. We actually had to wait in a few lift lines early in the day until people dispersed throughout the area. We returned to Alta on Thursday and skied all day but the weather was very cloudy and snowing all day. Fun, but much more tiring than those beautiful blue sky days!
		As you can see, Monday was a beautiful day for skiing. This is a view from the top of Alta.
		Another gorgeous view from the top of Alta! Days like this are why people travel west to ski. The temps were in the 40s and the sky was brilliant blue.
		You can tell it was a warm day because Amy doesn't have her nose covered!
		Thursday was a different story altogether. This is the type of weather we skied in most of the day.
