A church I used to go to had this in the form of a tract & I brought it home & showed it to my daughter {whom I didn't know was pregnant at the time} & when her Dad said she should get an abortion, this kept her from it. Now he is going on 24 years old. G D BLESS YOUR MINISTRY!

This email was sent to me by my child care provider. It touched my heart. I am a single mother of 2 beautiful daughters; Taylore (7) and Mackense (11 months). Although I never considered abortion as an option, I was overwhelmed with emotion in reading t is. I hope some women read this article and realize just what can and will happen if they make the choice to abort. If nothing else; why not give an unborn baby the chance to live a life with a family that is not able to conceive their own children and ould willingly take the responsibility of a child that would bring the joy in life that they desire most and adopt her/him to a loving family. I am still wiping my tears. I know you have had to change many minds from this letter. It is right to the point!!! My son and a young lady became involved and she was pregnant. Both of them were adults 24 and 28, old enough to know better and be responsi le you would think. Obviously not so. She decided she would not have the child. My son was able to get a restraining order which infuriated her. It was quite a public ordeal because of how unusual it was. Well James is going to be 3 in November. I have a daughter that is now 23 and having my grandchildren. I came very close to aborting her because the " timing wasn't right ". I prayed the night before the abortion and asked God to help me make the right decision and went to sleep. I awoke to a ph ne call the next morning and it was the doctor's office assistant calling to ask if I could reschedule my appointment because the doctor got called in for emergency surgery. I know this was my answer to my prayer and I am so glad that this decision was ma e for me. My daughter and I are best friends to this day and I couldn't ask for a better daughter. Your letter should be read by every women. Twelve years ago I went through this very thing. I found out I was pregnent in December of 1988. When I told my husband the wonderful news (so I thought) all he could say is what are we going to do? I did't k ow there was a choice. For four months this man I no longer knew badgered me to have an abortion. All I could think about was that little human being inside of me. There was no way I could ever have an abortion, because I loved it already. I gave birt to a beautiful baby boy August 6, 1989. I have looked at him so many times and thought "What if I had listened to my husband"? He is eleven years old and he loves me so much. There is nothing like the love of a child. If anyone is even considering ab rtion, please think again. There are so many women who can not give birth. They would love your baby as much as their own. So reconsider, have your baby and make someone else's dream come true.

As an 8-year memebr of AWACS, I too lost a great friend on Yukla27. I often think of him to this day and am still saddened by his death. I was on a crew in Turkey, enforcing the Iraqi no-fly zone, when it happened, and I was unable to attend the memorial ervice. I am just a man. I have never felt the joy of having a life grow inside of me and that is a joy that will never have. I feel that God blessed people with the abitlity to pro-create to not only feel the love of someone who is a part of you but so that pe son can have a chance to make a difference in someones life. I was so confused....but all I new was that if I kept this baby, we are both going to be por, and misreable...i had no family suport, NONE whatsoever...b/f had just been tossed in jail for 10 years...(long story) anyway as all mothers want THE VERY BEST FOR THERE CHILDREN, so I found an ADOPTION CENTER, and work with them for months, they did not pressure me i any direction, they realy helped me out,They paid my rent my food while I was preagnt, regardles of mY finaL decision...but anyway.on a VERY HOT DAY IN JULY OF 99' I GAVE IRTH TO A BABY BOY, and I mtp with the adopive parents, and ery ting went as planned....I now get pic's and letters....but ABORTION WAS NEVER AN OPITON, AND TELL THAT B/F THAT HE NEEDS TO GROW UP AND TAKE RESPONABILTY ONE WAY OR THE OTHER
