Senior logistics analyst/logistics plans subject matter expert on the "Air Mobility Express" study performed for HQ USAF/LGT. Responsible for scenario development, data gathering, research, and report preparation. Identified total non-unit cargo airlift requirements for all military services for "Air Mobility Express" concept. Performed general office administration and business development initiatives with the State of Alabama Department of Human Resources for implementation of a major child welfare system.

Project Management:

• Coordinated with HQ USAF, major commands, and other services on logistics planning issues, policies, and innovations to promote immediate and long-range improvements in Air Force logistics planning procedures and processes while assigned to numerous Air Force headquarters level activities and staff agencies.
• Established milestones, guided project management activities, evaluated and developed computer support systems, handbooks, and computer-based training aids for Air Force-wide utilization.
• Directed development of the first-ever automated support agreements management system for the Air Force--Support Agreements Management System (SAMS) while assigned to Air Force Logistics Management Agency.
• Managed multifunctional logistics team during HQ USAF Base Level Systems Modernization (BLSM) project --Objective Wing IDEF. Analyzed USAF asset tracking, maintenance data documentation, and supply request processes and identified both process improvements and state-of-the-art technology to correct acute system deficiencies.

Executive Logistics Management:

• Provided leadership and guidance as Deputy Director of 800 person Logistics Management Organization Supported a base population of 9,000 people, managed assets valued at over $600 million and an annual budget of $80 million
• Controlled day-to-day operations of a one-of-a-kind Air Force unit responsible for $200 million worth of WRM bare base assets stored on 75 acres. Functions managed included logistics planning, supply (SBSS), shipping and receiving, transportation, administration, maintenance, and engineering (400 workers, 50 Air Force specialties, $2 million annual budget).

Material Management:

• Attained intimate knowledge of Standard Base Supply System (SBSS) procedures while supervising supply functions including customer support, equipment management, receiving, issue disposal and other related functions.
• Active participant in development of automated system for records management, inventory control, and asset accountability for Air Force bare base resources.
• Formed a "quick reaction team" -- inventoried and reclaimed over $500,000 of previously unaccounted assets.
