.OUR CLUB

The purpose of the club shall be to promote fellowship and to increase the satisfaction of club members in the hobby of model railroading.

There are three classes of membership: Regular, Life and Honorary.

Meetings are held on a monthly basis on the second Friday of the month at 8:00pm. Meetings are rotated among members homes.

The elected officers of the club are:
President - Gary Shurgold, Vice - President - Tom Chivers, Secretary - Corey Sherrah, Treasurer - Jim Robinson, Bulletin Editor - Ed Haydon.

The Weston-Crummer Memorial Award is presented each year in December to a member who has, in the opinion of the Selection Committee, done the most for the club in the past year. This years winner is Tom Chivers.

The Train & Hobby Show is On for October 29th - Reserve Tables now.
It was noted that there have been 2,137 hit on the CMRC web page.
If you are interested in tables for the Club's Train and Hobby Show, contact Tom Chivers.
The Donna Scafe Award was transported from The N.F.R. Convention by Percy Phaff, and it will be reconstructed, as all the plates are filled. The reconstructed award is likely to last "many" years into the future.
The Redford visit will likely be Saturday August 26th. It is our plan to take them to "Railroad Days" in St.Thomas and then have the usual barbeque in Chatham. We should get the committee going to get things lined up.
