Bolingbrook Community Guide

Community Overview

Bolingbrook is a village of about 41,000 25 miles southwest of downtown Chicago. The town has a mix of commercial, industrial, and residential development. Recreational Opportunities include the facilities and programs of the Park District. School children attend unit district 365, a K-12th. grade district serving Romeoville and Bolingbrook. (See below for details on schools).

Transportation needs are served by area highways (I-55), and major local roads (I-53). Commuter service to downtown is provided by Metra's Norfolk & Western Line and by Amtrak in nearby Summit.
