My great grandfather James M. STEELE was born October 05, 1856 He died October 21, 1931. He was buried in Dagsboro, Delaware.

Laura H SOCKRIDER was born August 05,1863.She was buried in Dagsboro, Delaware.

My grandfather Carmel C. STEELE was born September 29,1884. He was married February 03,1905 to Estella VICKERS. He died November 19, 1972. He was buried in Oxford, Maryland.

Linda Steele. She was married to Ben SCHULTZ.

Notes on James Steele:
In the 1800, the father,James, used to take care of a yacht for a rich man. He used to work on a ship that hauled bird droppings from various islands on the Delaware River and Bay and delivered them to the Port of Philadelphia. He had quite a few stories to tell to his grandchildren about the various ships he was on. There is a possibility in his early years he may of sailed the coast of the United States.
