The Bible is the inspired Word of God. Do you know what inspired means? Inspired means "breathed" into. God used men to write His word but He breathed it into them. The Bible has 66 Books Can you name a few? The Books are broken down into two sections the Old Testament and the New Testament. The Bible is infallible. Know what that means? It means it is without any errors.
Ten reasons to study God's Word
# 1. We must study God's word so we can come to know Him better He gives us instruction and guidance through His word.
Psalms 119:105 says, Your word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path.# 2.We must study God's word for Him to communicate with us, remember we talk to Him through prayer, He speaks to us through His Word.
# 3. His Word is powerful.
Jeremiah 23:29 says Is not my word like fire says the Lord, and like a hammer that breaks the rock into pieces?# 4. His Word is true.
Psalms 119:142 says, Your law is truth.
# 5. His Word last's forever.
Isaiah 40:8 says, The grass withers, the flower fades, but the Word of our God stands forever.

Psalms 119:89 says, Forever O Lord your word is settled in heaven.# 8. He inspired the Word through men.
