I once stood in a graveyard surrounded by four variations of this surname, as it turned out , there were four brothers who all had their own variation, and the person I checked the cemetery for, had no idea so much family history was left behind.

Yes I know there are sites where you can post and search for all McGuinness variation's, but I still get email from people that are not comfortable posting on a site where the spelling is different, but I would still encourage you to post there anyway, as this page will not have the database resources as some of the other McGuinness sites I will list below.
