*** these children are all that I know of there may be more if so I will add them as I learn more about my Grandmother.
I met my grandmother, grandfather, uncle Marcus and aunt Sara twice. The first time my father George E. Bacca and I traveled to Co. by train I was 5 yrs. old ( 1948 ). the last time my entire family went by car to Co. ( about 1950 - 1951 )
I remember my grandmother as a kind and gentle person. She was blind and in her upper 90's and her hands were soft as she felt my face while talking to my father in spanish. She was small only about 5 feet tall while grandfather was 6ft 4in tall. When she died we could not attend her funeral ( which I know broke my fathers heart )
I wish I could tell you more about her. Maybe one of my kin will e-mail me with more info.
When My Grandfather Antino Able Baca died in Logan, NM (1953 ) we all attended, but Grandmother was too ill to be there.
