This page is all about my lovely children!!
As is wrote on my home page, I have four children.
Cassidy is 7 years old now. She's will be starting first grade next year and is doing absolutely great! She can read and write without a problem. She loves going to school. She also loves to ride horses and play with all of her pets. She has rabbits, birds, mice, cats, dogs, chickens, geese, ducks, pigs, cows, goats, and horses. Cassidy is now living with me. After some problems that her father had, he decided that the best thing would be to let her live with me. She's been up here for almost 8 months now. She's doing great at her new school and she loves spending time with her little sisters and brothers. She's the one on the left in that picture.
Cheyenne is almost 5 years old. She will be starting kindergarten next year. She, too, can read and write. She can also count up to 150 in English and 10 in Spanish and can do the alphabet, English only. She loves playing with her Barbie dolls and her baby brothers. She is a very smart little girl and an absolute joy to have as a daughter! The girls are now in a dance class and they get to perform in parades! Talk about fun!
Jeremiah is 3 1/2 years old. He is the oldest of my boys. Jeremiah has been diagnosed as being mild mentally retarded and having PDD-NOS (pervasive developmental disorder-not otherwise specified) so he's not as far ahead as the girls are. He can count to 20 and can recognize and match his colors, so he's doing very well for himself. He knows the alphabet and can recognize every letter. He's talking a lot more than he was before, but he's still not where he should be. But he's getting there!!!
Andrew is my baby. He is almost 22 months old and weighs in at 31 pounds!!! He was 7 pounds and 3 ounces at birth. He was breastfed for 9 months. I had to quit when I had my wisdom teeth removed, unfortunately. My other children weren't breastfed so it's quite a shock to see how quickly he has grown. This little stinker is into everything! He climbs on anything that's in his way, he loves to run through the house and play games with his brother and sisters. But most of all, he loves "bopping" people on the head with whatever he happens to have in his hand at the time! Seeing as how I have my tubes tied now, he is my last, so I have to really enjoy every bit of this that I can!
Here is something that I truly like and wanted to share with everybody. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do!!!!
A Child's Angel

Once upon a time there was a child ready to be born. So one day he asked God:
They tell me you are sending me to earth tomorrow but how am I going to live there being so small and helpless?
Among the many angels, I chose one for you. She will be waiting for you and will take care of you.
But tell me, here in Heaven, I don't do anything else but sing and smile, that's enough for me to be happy.
Your angel will sing for you and will also smile for you every day. And you will feel your angel's love and be happy.
And how am I going to be able to understand when people talk to me, if I don't know the language that men talk?
Your angel will tell you the most beautiful and sweet words you will ever hear, and with much patience and care, your angel will teach you how to speak.
And what am I going to do when I want to talk to you?
Your angel will place your hands together and will teach you how to pray.
I've heard that on earth there are bad men. Who will protect me?
Your angel will defend you even if it means risking its life.
But I will always be sad because I will not see you anymore.
Your angel will always talk to you about me and will teach you the way for you to come back to me, even though I will always be next to you.
At that moment there was much peace in Heaven, but voices from earth could already be heard, and the child, in a hurry, asked softly:
Oh God, if I am about to leave now, please tell me my angel's name.
Your angel's name is of no importance, you will call your angel: Mommy
