Currently searching for the Ladd family from Virginia, Kentucky, Indiana and Arkansas. Constantine Ladd b. 5 Sept 1812 at Terre Haute, Indiana.  Who are his parents?  Are they Joseph Ladd and his wife Hester of Sevier County, Arkansas?  Joseph was born in Virginia. Constantine and wife Elizabeth H. Wood(s) were the parents of five sons, no daughters, all born Yell County, Arkansas.  William I. Ladd 1849-1860; Logan M. Ladd 1851-1936; Joseph Ladd 1853-before 1860; Isaac Wood Ladd 1856-1936; and John Ladd 1858-1937.
