William F. Tamme married Alice Arahbell Peters-Dunn William F. Tamme,(Papa), was a very important member of our family,  he helped my grandmother, Alice, raise her two daughters, Patsy Ruth Dunn, (my mother),and Florence Mary Dunn. He was also my best friend. He was born July 25, 1899, he died October 19, 1978. His sisters Josephine (Tamme)Carter b.6/25/1897, Agnes(Tamme)Loudon ,Catherine Tamme, Bertha Tamme, and  his brothers,  John Tamme, who lived in Ohio, Thomas Tamme b. 3/7/1896, Frank Tamme, Herbert Tamme,  Raymond Tamme b. 12/15/1910 d.6/27/1911..

William Florence Frederic Tamme,was the  son of Anthony Tamme and Anna Dorothy,(Dorthy) Hook, Tamme.  He was born in Jackson township, Brown county, Ohio.  William had 3 sisters, and  5 brothers listed above. Anthony "Tony" Tamme was b. abt. 1858 d. Feb 6,1913,  Dorthy Hook b.(wft est. 1857-1884)  Her parents are unknown Anthony "Tony" Tamme was the son of Ferdinand Tamme born in Germany Feb.14,1834 d. (wft. est. 1864-1925) and Juanita Rittner b. Jan.6,1838 unkn. and D. (wft. est. 1864-1832)
