The Four
You step into a well lit cave. The walls are painted with bright colors, and four beds each several times larger tan yourself sit against the walls. A large bookshelf takes up one wall. There are several decorative tables in the center of the room on which sit boquets of flowers and miscellaneous discarded objects. Sundenly a red dragon leaps in front of you.
"Who are you?" the dragon demands. "How dare you tresspass in our home!"
"Relax, Cyrna," a feminine voice calls from outside. "The visitor may be interested in impressing one of our eggs."
"Oh," the red dragon says apollogetically. "Terribly sorry. By all means, continue." He steps aside and lets you pass.
You continue through the cave and hear noise, like waves breaking on a beach, as you approach light. You step out onto soft white sand. Directly in front of you is a silver dragon painting diligently on canvas. He glances at you and smiles.
"Greetings, visitor. I am Tollna, master painter and mathmetician, and that stunning creature is my mate Palquib."
Tollna indicates a beautiful gold dragon stretched out on the cliff above the cave. She is relaxing as the sun shimmers off her scales and reading a book. She nods at you and continues reading.
Tollna returns to his work and you turn. Nearby a blue dragon is turning over eggs on the beach.
"Hello," she says to you. "I'm Raliab. I believe you met my mate Cyrna. He really is a wonderful guy, just a little over-protective. I've known him since we hatched. Our mothers were best friends. I'm a mother myself now. Would you be interested in impressing one of my young ones. Some of these eggs are Palquib's. I love them all just the same. Palquib doesn't like egg-tending."
