Caramel-Apple Salad - 2 Points

4 medium apples (peeled, cored, diced)
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple in light syrup, drained
1 (1 oz.) package butterscoth pudding (Jell-O sugar free)
1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip Lite
Mix all ingredients thoroughly, refrigerate. Serving size 1/2 cup.
