  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon Molly McButter
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 2 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt & pepper

    In a small jar with a tight lid, shake together the flour and skim milk. Pour into small saucepan. Add parsley, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thickened. Add Parmesan cheese. Serve over cooked pasta. Makes 1 cup, enough for 2 cups of pasta.
