World Outreach, Inc., is a Jacksonville-based ministry that provides effective, coordinated social outreach designed to lead people to Christ and assist them in developing lives that are more socially functional, economically productive and spiritually abundant.
The "World," in World outreach comes from John 3:16 "For God son loved the world that he gave his one and only son."
It is our goal to reach out with that same love to our neighbors and those in need.
To accomplish this mission, we have established and are maintaining several programs at World Outreach, Inc..
As a prayer partner. The many barriers we see every day can only be broken down through prayer. You can be a vital part of this ministry by making us a part of your devotional time.
As a contributor. We constantly need items for the Lord's Store. Washed and folded or dry cleaned clothing, household items, appliances and new toys are needed.
As a volunteer. We can provide you or your group with first-hand exposure to "third-world-like" volunteer opportunities right here in Jacksonville.
As a donor. World Outreach inc. is one of the very few organizations in Northeast Florida offering the donor an uncommon way to support the Kingdom of our Lord through direct investment. Every dollar given will be a full dollar received by World Outreach Inc. and every dollar received funneled fully into this ministry - one you can come down to see, feel and touch for yourself.
As a commercial or business contributor. Many large or expensive items are donated to us, resulting in unique tax benefits.
As the giver of stocks, bonds, property, etc. Being a tax-deductible organization (501)(c)(3), World Outreach Inc. may receipt you for your gift at today's fair market value, and receive it without paying capital gains taxes. Your receipt is evidence of your contribution and may be used to reduce your taxes.
Come join us. Come work with us. Pray for us and pray with us that the name of Jesus will be lifted high by everything we do and say in this Christ-centered Ministry.
