· Restructuring, automating and organizing assigned systems to provide operational ease with consistent and repeatable results.

· Assumption of duties of three Pac Bell employees who left group with seamless delivery of products. These include a high level, high visibility strategic planning Weekly Reporting Package, Monthly, Quarterly and Ad Hoc reports and files.

Programmer/Analyst. Member of six person start up team chartered to exploit opportunities in the Telecommunications Direct Billing arena. Partnered design, programming, and implementation of Billing System which provides comprehensive Billing and Collections services including Telco Name and Address Acquisition, Call Processing, Invoice Generation, Remittance Processing, Dunning Letters, Collections Processing including bi-directional interface to third party Collections software, Client Settlement Reporting, and On-line Customer Service Inquiry and Adjustment.

Duties included:

· Production Support, Maintenance and Enhancement of Billing and peripheral systems in a VM/CMS/FOCUS/PLI environment.

· Interfacing with personnel at all levels of VRS organization and Client and Client Vendor personnel to identify and resolve system and business issues and problems.

· Working with VRS Management, Marketing personnel and Client representatives to identify and develop new Direct Billing opportunities and products.

Programmer/Analyst. Duties included writing and modifying programs in support of a large integrated Order Entry-Manufacturing System. Worked with users to develop specifications and coordinate implementation. Designed, coded, and debugged programs and systems in both CICS Command Level and batch COBOL languages.
